DAY 1: DEPART

DAY 2: GALWAY 

Clearing Irish customs and immigration, meet your KIconcerts tour manager and board the bus for the journey to Galway. You will have already noticed how friendly everyone is in Ireland and this is even more so as we travel into the West. After stopping for a snack along the way in one of Ireland’s many quaint towns you arrive in Galway in time for a walking tour of this charming Irish city. View the famed Spanish Arch built in 1584 as part of the original city wall and wander through the bustling walkways full of Irish music, accents and life. Check into your hotel in time for a delicious dinner, the first of your daily dinners. Overnight Galway 

DAY 3: GALWAY | KYLEMORE 

After sampling the hot and cold breakfast buffet (offered daily), drive through the picturesque Connemara countryside. Time permitting we visit Kylemore Abbey for a combination of history, romance, nature and spirituality. Time for lunch in Connemara before returning to Galway to prepare for your first CONCERT in Ireland, possibly with a local ensemble finishing with a combined finale. Overnight Galway

DAY 4: KILLARNEY

After checking out you travel to the dramatic Cliffs of Moher rising 650 feet above the Atlantic Ocean and extending for 5 miles. A walk along the cliff top offers breathtaking views in all directions. Traveling further south we arrive at the port of Killimer to board the ferry for the short ride across the River Shannon. Disembarking at Tarbert you complete your journey to Killarney where we check in and stroll around this delightful town. Overnight Killarney

DAY 5: KILLARNEY

Enjoy a tour of the inner Ring of Kerry on the panoramic road around the Iveragh Peninsula. This drive, beside Ireland’s highest mountains, is one of Ireland’s most famed visitor attractions offering a chance to look out for 4 leaf clovers and leprechauns at every bend. Your return to Killarney will be timed for you to prepare for your second Irish CONCERT in front of a friendly and appreciative local audience. Overnight Killarney

DAY 6: COBH | CORK | KILLARNEY

Visit the Blarney Castle with its famous stone, said to impart the gift of eloquence to all who kiss it. Continue on to Cobh where your local guides bring to life the Titanic’s fateful journey from Cobh on April 14, 1912. Return to Cork for a sightseeing tour passing St. Ann’s Shandon on the hilly slopes of the River Lee. Overnight Killarney

DAY 7: DUBLIN

After checking out of your hotel, head towards Dublin stopping at the Rock of Cashel. Dating from the 4th century, the Rock of Cashel is one of Ireland’s most spectacular landmarks. The large 13th century cathedral and the 12th century Romanesque Cormac’s Chapel excite all with so much of Ireland’s history. Continue onto Dublin after time for lunch en route. Overnight Dublin

DAY 8: DUBLIN

Your tour managers will guide you on a tour of Dublin seeing all the iconic sights including visiting St. Patrick’s Cathedral which stands on the oldest Christian site in Dublin, where it is said that the Saint baptized converts to the Christian faith. Prepare for your third CONCERT and, if you choose it to be with one of Dublin’s fine ensembles, then there’s also time to meet with the locals, rehearse a combined finale and enjoy Irish camaraderie. DAY 9: HOWTH | DUBLIN 

This morning you will visit Trinity College where one of the students will guide you through this ancient campus, home of the famous book of Kells, an 8th century illuminated manuscript. There is the option to visit the charming fishing village of Howth on Dublin Bay or to have more time to explore the laneways of Dublin or even to enjoy a Riverdance workshop. Overnight Dublin

Transfer to airport and travel back home or extend tour
