Day 1: BUENOS AIRES

After arriving in Buenos Aires and clearing customs and immigration you will meet your KI Tour Manager to board the tour bus and transfer to our hotel in the city. En route to the hotel you will have an introduction to Buenos Aires. Check in to your hotel and enjoy a buffet dinner of typical Argentinian foods, possibly at the renovated dockside area of Puerto Madero. Overnight Buenos Aires

Day 2: BUENOS AIRES

Wake up to a delicious buffet breakfast at the hotel and then start a guided city tour highlighting many of the important landmarks and buildings in the city as well as it’s various neighborhoods - including La Boca, San Telmo, La Recoleta and Palermo. During your tour you will explore the Colonial Center including Plaza de Mayo, the Cabildo, Casa Rosada, the Cathedral, the Obelisk, the Congress, Government House and the wide 9 de Julio Avenue, as well as the Puerto Madero Riverfront. You will also take a guided tour of the famous Colon Theater, one of Buenos Aires finest attractions which has hosted many of the world’s most famous musicians. The majestic building, completed in 1908, combines a variety of European styles and has world-renowned acoustics. After your tour there will be time to have lunch on your own and enjoy exploring the city. This afternoon you will perform your first CONCERT followed by dinner. Overnight Buenos Aires

Day 3: BUENOS AIRES

After breakfast today you will embark on a guided walking tour to enjoy the well-known Recoleta area. The Recoleta area is one of the most interesting areas of the city. You will visit the traditional and famous “World’s Best Cemetery” with its amazing statues and figures. Tonight, you will enjoy dinner in another excellent Argentinian restaurant and overnight Buenos Aires

Day 4: BUENOS AIRES

We start the day with the option to attend a Master Class offered by a prestigious musician to learn more about local rhythms - for instance the Tango, Samba, or Chacarera. This afternoon you will have the chance to learn to dance at a Tango dance lesson. This evening we will enjoy a professional Tango Show featuring this world-renowned passionate music and dance native to Argentina. Overnight Buenos Aires

Day 5: BUENOS AIRES

Today provides the option to visit the Tigre Delta, a natural environment located 30 km from Buenos Aires for a half day tour. This neighborhood is known for being built around the delta waters - there are no roads and the entire town operates by boats. Return to Buenos Aires and this afternoon you will meet and perform your second CONCERT, this time with a possible EXCHANGE ensemble. Enjoy dinner afterwards and overnight Buenos Aires

Day 6: BUENOS AIRES

Today we will enjoy an excursion to the Pampas and visit a typical Argentinian “Estancia” or farm. The Pampas is one of the most important economical areas in Argentina and gauchos once made a living farming this unforgiving landscape. On the Estancia, the gaucho traditions are kept alive and we will spend a wonderful day in the countryside getting to know a typical Argentine ranch. On arrival you will enjoy a sampling of delicious local homemade empanada pastries. There will be activities such as horseback riding and sulky rides (one-horse carriages), before a typical ‘Asado’ lunch- a delicious barbecue with famous Argentine beef. You will also enjoy a Dance and Music Show with typical gaucho dance and music. This is followed with an opportunity to admire the gaucho’s skills on their horses as you watch the ‘Cuadrera’s and ‘Ring Races’. You will return to Buenos Aires in time for dinner. Day 7: BUENOS AIRES | COLONIA (URUGUAY)

After breakfast, you will transfer to the pier to take a fast ferry to Colonia de Sacramento, Uruguay. Arriving in Colonia you will receive an orientation tour to the city and check in to your hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy a walking tour visiting the traditional city center, declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage site. Dinner will be served in the historical area and overnight Colonia

Day 8: COLONIA

After breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the beautiful city at your own pace or choose an optional group day trip to Montevideo, the capital city of Uruguay 2 hours away. Both Colonia and Montevideo are coastal cities and provide excellent cultural touring opportunities. Tonight, you will perform your last CONCERT in Uruguay and enjoy a farewell dinner. Overnight Colonia

Day 9: DEPART FOR HOME

After breakfast, you will transfer to pier to take fast ferry back to Buenos Aires to catch you flight and depart for home

Day 7: BUENOS AIRES | MAR DEL PLATA

After breakfast today you will transfer to Mar del Plata, the second most visited city in Argentina (aside from Buenos Aires), and the preferred vacation beach for Argentinians to spend their summer. After an orientation tour of the city you will check in to your hotel and enjoy some free time to explore the area. Tonight dinner will be at local restaurant and overnight Mar del Plata

Day 8: MAR DEL PLATA

After breakfast, you will take a guided city tour to visit the best of Mar del Plata. While Mar del Plata is best known for its beautiful beaches, it is also a large and interesting city with stunning architecture and cultural attractions. This afternoon you will perform your third and final CONCERT and then enjoy a farewell dinner. Overnight Mar del Plata

Day 9: DEPART FOR HOME

After breakfast, you will transfer back to Buenos Aires for some free time before transferring to the airport to depart for home
